Overview
Description of My Simulation — Bonding and Repulsion Between Two Particle Pairs In my simulation, two directional particles first come into contact and form a stable bond. Their internal centers align at the edge, the oscillations stop, and the pair becomes a single, unified structure. This initial bonding demonstrates how two particles stabilize once their internal poles meet and synchronize. A second pair of particles then enters the scene. This pair is already bonded, sharing a common stabilized center. As the two bonded pairs approach each other, a new behavior becomes visible: repulsion. The repulsion occurs because each bonded pair now behaves as a single directional unit. Their internal centers, already aligned and stabilized, generate outward tension when another stabilized structure comes too close. Instead of merging, the two pairs push away from one another, showing that: isolated particles tend to bond, bonded particles tend to repel other bonded structures, directional tension governs both attraction and repulsion. The simulation clearly illustrates this dual behavior: bonding between individual particles, and repulsion between stabilized pairs. It is a simple but powerful visual demonstration of how directional particles interact depending on their internal state.
